How I Approach My Day: I highlight three things I need to get done by the end of the day. I will do plenty of tasks throughout the day, but if I can accomplish the three items I deemed most important that day, then I had a great day.

What Success Looks Like to Me: Success is putting my family and my colleagues at work in a comfortable and happy position. I want all of those around me to enjoy each day and be happy with what they are doing in life and work.

What I Look for in a Leader: I look for a leader who is willing to do anything he is asking others to do.
