What Success Looks Like to Me: Success is creating lasting impact by building strong teams, developing future leaders and helping people and organizations achieve goals that seemed out of reach.
What I Look for in a Leader: I look for leaders who combine integrity with the ability to positively influence others and drive results. The best leaders are transparent, listen to different perspectives, embrace change and are comfortable with ambiguity.
My Leadership Style: I strive to be transparent, supportive and accountable. I believe in setting a clear direction and empowering others to achieve results. I also believe in encouraging others to challenge assumptions, consider different perspectives and take calculated risks.
What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I recently started playing guitar again and taking lessons after being away from it for almost 30 years.
An Important Lesson I Learned: People will work with you, even in tough situations, if you are honest, transparent and respectful.
Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: On my bike. I cycle to stay fit and also to support great causes like VeloSano, which raises money for cancer research.
