My Leadership Style: Offer solutions — don’t just point out problems. When I see problems that need to be solved in our community that I think Tour Lake County can help with, I reach out to those organizations to talk about how we can help come up with a solution. I want my staff to do the same thing internally. These proposed solutions aren’t always perfect, but it’s a starting point for a discussion and helps move toward a quicker resolution of the issue at hand.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Coaching baseball at Lake Catholic High School, officiating high school football games or enjoying a glass of wine and listening to live music at one of the 30-plus wineries in the Grand River Valley
