What Success Looks Like to Me: Success looks like having the freedom, resources and influence to live by my values, build things that serve my community, support the leaders coming behind me and make choices from purpose rather than pressure.

What Motivates Me Right Now: I’m motivated by people and possibility. I care about work that creates more room for people who have been pushed aside or underestimated. I feel good seeing people grow, watching organizations get stronger and knowing that my leadership can leave something useful behind.

My Leadership Style: My leadership style is grounded, strategic and values centered. I try to see the full picture, name what is real and help people move with confidence.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Outside of work, you’ll find me in my side yard taking photos of flowers, checking on what is blooming and finding a little beauty close to home. It is one of the ways I slow myself down, pay attention and remember that life is more than the next meeting or responsibility.
