What Success Looks Like to Me: Providing exemplary service to our current residents while also building for the future is key. Additionally, developing and sustaining a strong workforce to deliver those services remains a core focus. 

What I Look for in a Leader: I look for leaders who share my passion for serving our residents, and individuals who keep our residents at the forefront of their decision making. Hiring individuals who complement my skill set is critical. When you surround yourself with experts and then rely on that expertise, great things can happen.

What Motivates Me Right Now: Designing and building communities where residents can thrive, maintain their independence and develop lasting relationships is at the center of what we do.
