My Leadership Style: Lead with integrity and purpose, set a great example, let people know what is expected of them and also let them know that you care about them with no penalty for out-performing.

An Important Lesson I Learned: There are no shortcuts to success. Great results are brought about by a well thought-through plan, a sharp focus and strong execution.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Watching football, working on my auto collection or taking one out for a ride, listening to classical music, attending a concert at Severance or watching a good miniseries on Netflix.
