What Success Looks Like to Me: Success means creating lasting, positive change. I value relationships, trust and progress achieved through collaboration.

What I Look for in a Leader: I admire leaders who show integrity, vision and a genuine commitment to service. Effective leaders inspire trust, listen actively and unite people around shared goals.

My Leadership Style: I believe in empowering others, building consensus and fostering teamwork.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I have a tattoo of Foghorn Leghorn and a yellow rose on my shoulder, honoring my sons and wife. The yellow rose symbolizes loyalty for my wife, and Foghorn Leghorn stands for my sons — after a store clerk remarked they reminded him of the character as toddlers. It is a tribute to family, humor and love.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Genuine progress starts with understanding others’ perspectives. Listening builds trust and leads to better decisions.

If I Could Star in a TV Show or Movie: I would love to be the voice of Bob the Minion. His playful spirit and teamwork reflect values I cherish.
