How I Approach My Day: As an opportunity. Every day starts at zero. Yesterday’s successes don’t guarantee today’s results, and yesterday’s setbacks don’t define today.

What Motivates Me Right Now: Helping people grow. Whether it’s a teammate, a partner, my family, or our company, I enjoy helping people see possibilities they may not see for themselves. I’m also fascinated by how AI is changing the way we work, learn and solve problems. 

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: People might assume that because I work in sports and love sports, my favorite event would always be a big game. The truth is, I get more excited about a night at Playhouse Square with my daughter Ellie. But I still love every sporting event I get to attend. 

An Important Lesson I Learned: It’s more important to find the right answer than to be the person who is right.
