What Success Looks Like to Me: Success to me is about growth, impact and the ability to influence the lives of others every day positively. It is not measured only by accomplishments or titles, but by the relationships built, the communities strengthened and the opportunities created for people to thrive.

What I Look for in a Leader: Great leaders create environments where people feel valued, heard and empowered to succeed. They understand that leadership is not about control or titles, but about service, accountability and building strong relationships.

My Leadership Style: My leadership style is rooted in the Leadership Compass framework and reflects a balance of all four directions — North, South, East and West. I believe effective leadership requires the ability to adapt, connect, inspire and execute depending on the needs of the people, team or situation.
