How I Approach My Day: I try to approach every day with a positive mindset. I believe that challenges are meant to be solved with determination and a team approach. Every day brings an opportunity to build positive relationships, mentorship, leadership and empathy.

What I Look for in a Leader: I look for leaders who are able to make growth happen by properly managing their team, following or creating processes and managing resources properly. Leaders make decisive decisions and are not afraid to make mistakes or pivot when needed.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I am more of an introvert who appreciates the quiet moments in self-refection.
