How I Approach My Day: I approach each day with optimism, energy and the understanding that no two days are ever the same. 

My Leadership Style: The leaders who have made the greatest impact on me inspire others and produce results, not through titles or authority, but through their actions, character and the way they treat people.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Patience. Not everything needs an immediate answer or solution, and sometimes the best thing you can do is trust the process and let things play out.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a patio, near the water, spending time with family and friends or at a workout class. If I have the chance to try something new, explore a new place or say yes to a new experience, I’m always in.

If I Could Star in a TV Show or Movie: A Hallmark Christmas movie or an episode of Suits. I know they’re complete opposites, but I’m equally obsessed with both.
