What I Look for in a Leader: Humility, adaptability, receptive to feedback, data driven, goal-oriented and values-based leadership
Favorite Quote: “It always seems impossible, until it’s done.” — Nelson Mandela
What Motivates Me Right Now: My family and personal growth in my faith always motivate me. Challenges also motivate me, because challenges are a reminder that there is always more work to be done. Sometimes opposition can mean you’re advocating and pushing for the right level of change — change that is necessary and that creates long-term improvements. If everyone is happy, you might not be pushing hard enough.
What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I am shy and an introvert.
If I Could Star in a TV Show or Movie: My family once auditioned for Family Feud and made it to the final round of auditions, but we did not make the show. I would love to be on Family Feud!
