How I Approach My Day: I try to approach each day with a sense of purpose. Rather than simply reacting to what comes at me, I focus on the few priorities that will make the greatest difference to our organization. I spend time listening, asking questions, removing barriers for others and helping leaders solve problems.

What Motivates Me Right Now: What motivates me right now is the progress we are making as an organization and the opportunities that lie ahead. Helping our people improve the patient experience, advance our priorities and position our organization for the future keeps me energized each day.
