Agave & Rye has closed its Woodmere location. The restaurant opened two and a half years ago at Eton Chagrin Blvd., in the former home of Paladar Latin Kitchen. The restaurant became the second Agave & Rye location in Cleveland, the first opening in 2022 in the former Bar Louie (1352 W. 6th St.) space in the Warehouse District.

Since opening its first location in Covington in 2018, the gourmet taco and spirits concept has expanded to 17 locations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee and Alabama. The closure does not affect the restaurant in downtown Cleveland.

“The Eton Chagrin Boulevard location has closed. Our team members were welcomed at our downtown Cleveland restaurant, and we’re grateful to the Woodmere guests and community who supported us. Agave & Rye continues to operate across the Midwest and South, and Cleveland remains an important market for us,” says Chris Britt, COO for Epic Brands.
