Our fandom connection to the Force is growing stronger with Fear's Confections intricate Star Wars edible chocolates. "I get so many people who don't want to eat them," says Cassandra Fear, owner of the Lakewood sweets shop. When you're staring down a quarter-pound of solid milk chocolate in the form of a Death Star ($6), our inner geek would rather preserve it than break it along the seam Skywalker-style. The 33-year-old, who started making exact replicas out of ice cube molds two years ago, also sells a trio of Star Wars villain heads ($3) — Darth Vader, Boba Fett and a Stormtrooper — and a four-piece Dr. Who set ($12) complete with a Tardis made from blue chocolate. "When we started selling them, we ran out so fast we had to buy 16 more sets of molds because we couldn't make them fast enough," says Fear. 15208 Madison Ave., Lakewood, 216-481-0888, fearsconfections.com
