Cleveland Tech Startup NE2NE Expands into New Cleveland Headquarters

Growing technology company NE2NE today announced the opening of its new headquarters in the historic Caxton Building, 812 Huron Rd., in Downtown Cleveland. This move marks a significant milestone in the young company’s journey and a renewed commitment to fostering community and innovation in its hometown.

Founded in Cleveland in 2021, NE2NE aims to help businesses of all sizes streamline and scale its data integration efforts like industry leaders, company officials said.

By delivering what it calls intuitive, self-service automation tools, NE2NE is reimagining how organizations integrate and connect their systems by disrupting the multi-billion-dollar Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) sector in the process.

“Cleveland has always been home, and this move further demonstrates our commitment to growing with the city,” said Steven Pappadakes, founder & CEO of NE2NE, in a written statement.

“We’ve upgraded not just our square footage, but the kind of environment we offer to our team,” he added. “It’s a place built for collaboration, productivity and community impact.”

The new 3,000-square-foot space offers NE2NE an essential upgrade from its previous 400-square-foot location to accommodate its rapidly expanding team, which has grown from four employees in 2021 to 15 today.

Its lease extends “beyond 2030,” said Pappadakes without further explanation. Business operations were uninterrupted throughout the move, with no impact to client service or project timelines, he said.

Near to Progressive Field and Rocket Arena, the office provides employees and visitors with stadium views, walkable access to Cleveland’s best dining, hotels, and entertainment, and unbeatable proximity to major transportation arteries and secure on-site parking.

Beyond the square footage, NE2NE invested in creating a space that employees want to come into, company officials said. With modern renovations tailored to foster creativity, comfort and collaboration, the new headquarters merges functional design with team wellbeing.

NE2NE said its new offices offer everything from impromptu lunch breaks at the ballpark to in-person brainstorming sessions in thoughtfully designed meeting spaces. Pappadakes said the new HQ enhances both day-to-day work and company culture.

“We believe in a flexible work environment that balances remote collaboration with the unmatched energy of in-person connection,” he continued. “Our new space is a key asset in attracting top talent, improving team morale, and building a company culture that people genuinely want to be part of.”

Pappadakes said the company’s offices are a hub for more than just internal collaboration. He said he envisions it as a launchpad for community engagement.

Plans are already underway to host networking events for local businesses and outreach programs to introduce Cleveland-area youth to the world of technology, coding, and software careers.

By opening its doors to the community, Pappadakes said NE2NE aims to inspire the next generation of technologists and give back to the city that has supported its growth.
