Are certain people born to be certified public accountants? Jennifer Myers, vice president in the Assurance Services Group at Meaden & Moore, showed an early interest in counting money in her piggy bank and found it rewarding not only to save, but to spend on gifts for others.

“Now I have the opportunity to help clients every day — getting to know them both personally and professionally — so I can provide the best solutions to meet their needs,” she says.

Myers has been with the 106-year-old firm for over 27 years and was promoted to her current position in 2025. She provides assurance and advisory services focused on delivering clear, reliable financial reporting and practical insights to support client decision making.

In her role at Meaden & Moore, Myers is also actively involved in the firm’s construction services practice, which has led her to become active in various construction organizations, including the Akron Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction, where she serves as president.
